(3) Dealer shall be capable of publishing advertisement in local media, enterprise's dealer shall decide monthly advertising expenses based on the actual situation.
(4) Dealer shall have relevant experience and background; be able to provide customers with high quality consultancy services and technical support.
(5) Dealer shall agree with business content of Bosstops, and hand all to Bosstops to handle, and share preferential prices of Bosstops.
(6) Dealer shall recognize corporate culture and management system of Bosstops.
(7) Dealer shall not exceed the service scope of Bosstops when making service promise to clients.

3. Laws and business modes for One City One Dealer to work
(1) Dealer shall have independent legal personality, must observe corresponding laws and regulations, does not represent Bosstops externally.
(2) Dealer is not the sole dealer in a particular area. Dealer want to become a sole dealer in a particular area will be subject to certain quotas.                                    
(3) Dealers do not have to pay dealer fees.
